1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to M4 Suite. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the M4 Suite platform, website, and related services, including AIBuilder. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. M4 Suite is operated by M4 Suite LLC, based in the United States. Contact info@m4suite.com for questions.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users must register for accounts and agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and accept responsibility for account activities. Users must be at least 18 years old. Account holders must notify M4 Suite immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Use of Service

M4 Suite provides marketing automation and business management tools for trades, home services, real estate, hard money lending, and pet services industries. Users must use the Service lawfully and agree NOT to violate laws, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, transmit malware, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to compete with M4 Suite.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed recurring (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. M4 Suite reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Users authorize automatic charging and understand that payment failure may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content are owned by M4 Suite LLC and protected by international intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant M4 Suite a limited license to use, store, and process their content to provide the Service.

6. How We Use Your Information

M4 Suite uses collected information to respond to inquiries, provide customer service, send opted-in text messages (service and promotional), improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in, users consent to receive text messages at their provided phone number. Message frequency varies; standard rates may apply. Users may opt out by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@m4suite.com or +1 (866) 721-9114.

7.1 Explicit Opt-In & Re-join Clause

Opting in constitutes explicit written consent to receive transactional and promotional messages. Users understand message frequency may vary and standard carrier rates apply. Previously opted-out users may re-join by texting START or through account settings.

7.2 Exact STOP Keyword Workflow

Replying STOP to any message immediately unsubscribes the user. A final confirmation message is sent, then no further messages are transmitted unless the user re-opts in. No additional charges apply for opting out.

7.3 Keywords: HELP & STOP

STOP: Unsubscribe from all SMS by replying STOP to any message. One confirmation message follows; no further texts are sent.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message for program information and preference management.

8. Information Sharing

Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing with service subcontractors is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent information are excluded from other use categories and not shared with third parties.

9. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Message Frequency & Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user interactions and preferences. Users should contact their wireless provider regarding their text or data plans.

11. Intellectual Property Content

All website content is M4 Suite LLC property protected by intellectual property laws. Users cannot reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

12. User Content and Data

Users are responsible for their content. Users represent and warrant they own necessary rights, content doesn't violate third-party rights, content complies with laws, and their marketing activities comply with advertising and privacy laws.

13. Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through account settings and retain access through the current billing period. M4 Suite reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.

14. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. M4 Suite doesn't guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and isn't responsible for delays, delivery failures, or damage. M4 SUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify M4 Suite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from service use, user content, or Terms violations.

16. Changes to Terms

M4 Suite reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes are posted with an updated date. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Terms are governed by United States law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property protection.
